Due to the extreme amount of applications recently by numerous hospitals, the maximum payment / person is $500. Also, you must be CURRENTLY be receiving chemo and/or radiation to qualify for assistance. As much as we would love to be able to assist every person who is seeing an oncologist, continuing with follow up appointments, or a survivor, we just don't have that kind of funding. Thank you for your understanding.
